Where this actually is right now
This is a Phase 0 build: a human concierge places every order by hand while checkout automation gets built. Payments run in Stripe test mode — no real money moves yet. The buyer flow above is fully real and working end to end; what's pictured as the long-term vision (automated checkout, seller partnerships) is still ahead.
